3. Counter-Notification

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, TextTransform Pro has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the site and/or terminate the access of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Our Service
It's important to note that TextTransform Pro is a text case conversion tool that:
- Does not host user-generated content permanently
- Does not store text input from users
- Processes all text conversions locally in the user's browser
- Does not create or distribute copyrighted material
The tool is designed solely for formatting text and does not involve the creation, storage, or distribution of copyrighted content.
6. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. We take false copyright claims seriously and may pursue legal action against those who submit fraudulent DMCA notices.
